i found the staff very attentive and helpful. they assisted with luggage promptly upon arrival. the resort features several pools, including one with a sandy beach area and a waterslide. the club room included a full fridge and kitchenette, which i found very convenient.

the check in procedure seemed somewhat inefficient.

Staff were very helpful and kind. They are ready to assist with anything I needed. The pool was amazing. I will come back another time so I can spend the day at the wonderful pools.

Food was below par. It was shocking that the hotel has a 5 star rating. It is the most bland food I've eaten.

The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The dining options were very nice with movies and popcorn daily for the kids. There was a cooking class for the kids. Every staff member was obliging and helpful.
